Affiliations

 Since 1917, the California Association of Collectors has served and protected the interests of the collection industry. CAC is pledged to promote, stimulate, increase and improve the educational, social, economic, and ethical welfare of the California collection industry and the public which it serves; and to apply the collective knowledge and experience of its members toward maintaining an ethical standard of collection service.

ACA International (ACA) is an international trade organization of credit and collection professionals that provides a variety of accounts receivable management services to over one million credit grantors.


The Better Business Bureau (BBB) system in the U.S. extends across the nation. Since the Better Business Bureau's founding in 1912, the BBB system has proven that the majority of marketplace problems can be solved fairly through the use of voluntary self-regulation and consumer education.
